WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

In-Store Pickup

In-store and curbside pickup is available for All products qualify for pickups.. Pickups are available Customers can pickup their orders during work hours of the store that is 11 am to 9 pm on weekdays & 11 am to 3 pm on Sundays..

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Free Shipping

We offer free Free shipping on minimum order value shipping on FREE Shipping on if order value is equal to or more than ₹2,500. This is the minimum order value to avail free shipping. .

Expedited Shipping Fees

We also offer expedited shipping at the following rates:

If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

Shipping charge on orders that are below ₹2,500 will depend on type of courier service & distance. Hence it will be notified to the customer via call & whatsapp.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day. We will notify you via phone if there are any delays or issues with your order.

SHIPPING TIME & CHARGES

Shipping charges are calculated weight based and customer location. Weight of product is calculated on two terms, either product's dead weight or volumetric weight, which ever is higher. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location. We do our best to estimate delivery times accurately, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation call/whatsapp with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order online and check its delivery status.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

In the event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible and ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer international shipping.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
