RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within ten (10) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please call at 8839120290 to raise a return complain with reason. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Cake premix, glazes, essence and other such products that are consumable cannot be returned after the packaging is opened.
- Any non consumable product that is damaged or broken in any way will not be returned.

Please Note
Any product eligible for return should be packed well enough to survive travel. Refund amount will be send back to the customer via UPI or Bank Transfer only after returned product has reached the store. .
